Wax Museum is coming soon! Students should begin preparing and getting ideas for who they would like to be. A note with all of the details, will be coming home Friday, December 11th.

Parents and students you have the ability to check your grades weekly by logging on to PowerSchool directly from home.  This is a great way to keep on top of how you are doing throughout the year!  Click HERE to go directly to PowerSchool.

Our school participates in the Accelerated Reader (AR) program each school year.  This is a great program that after your child has read their desired book they have the opportunity to take a short quiz on what they have read.  Not only do they see the results right away but also allows us to test their reading and comprehension skills.  If you would like to check your AR progress, click HERE.

Throughout the school year I will be sending home book orders with your child.  This will give you an opportunity to add a few books to your home library for your children to use during Silent Sustained Reading times at school.  You will have the choice of filling out the form attached to the book order and submitting a check (made payable to Rock Canyon) OR you may log on to the Scholastic website and place your order there.  Please click HERE to place your order online.  [Directions will come soon.]
